Sir: The prepaid processing and procedure of Ikeja Electric Plc is not only disturbing and counter-productive, but promotes corruption as well as impedes Federal Government’s intention or goal on the country’s electricity billing system. I came back to Nigeria from USA where I reside to discover that my forms were not treated at all by Ikeja Electric. My forms were indeed returned to me and I was told to go to their office at Alogba, Ebute, Ikorodu, five miles away from Irawo Bus-stop. I went to Ikeja Electric Plc, at Alogba, Ebute, Ikorodu twice but found it difficult to submit my forms. This is because Ikeja Electric Plc, Zone B, Alogba, Ebute, Ikorodu looks like farmer’s market and very difficult to distinguish between officials and private citizens.
